Gatherings at WCAC are social, energetic, relaxing and always enjoyable! Whether you’re playing ping pong with your friends, enjoying a post-match tennis brunch with your team or hosting a birthday party, our comfortable lobbies by the fireplace or overlooking the courts make members feel right at home.




The air-conditioned snack bar area can be rented out for meetings, parties and events. The cost is $40 for up to 30 people. Please inquire for pricing of larger groups.

Members can relax with the many amenities our locker rooms have to offer:

Whirlpools, Saunas, Hair Dryers, & Necessary toiletries
* Steam room: (Men’s only)
* Dressing Rooms: (Women’s only)

*Towels are available and located in the locker rooms for your convenience!

Nursery

Monday - Friday: 8:45am – 12:00pm

Monday - Wednesday: 6:00pm – 8:00pm

Thursday & Friday: 7:00pm – 9:00pm

*$3 per hour for each child; Non-Members $5 per hour for each child

(Those children under the age of 8 are not allowed to roam the grounds without an adult accompanying them at all times. Plan on the nursery ahead of time.)
